FocalPoint Design House INC. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every guide and bundle purchase. If a product isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no interrogation.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage the order.
2. Select the order you want refunded and choose Request a refund.
3. Or email us directly at support@focalpointdesign.co with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Timing & how you'll be paid back

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Most refunds land within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once your refund is issued, the corresponding entitlement is revoked and download links stop working.
