30-day money-back guarantee

FocalPoint Design House INC. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every guide, bundle, and Mastermind purchase. If a product isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no interrogation.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage the order.
2. Select the order you want refunded and choose Request a refund.
3. Or email us directly at support@focalpointdesign.co with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Timing & how you'll be paid back

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Most refunds land within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once your refund is issued, the corresponding entitlement is revoked and download links stop working.

Mastermind subscription

You can cancel the Mastermind subscription at any time from your Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal.
